TRANSLATIONS
Some German documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates and driving licenses, can be translated by the German Embassy. You have to submit the original document as well as a photocopy during our visiting hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 – 12:30).
The translation can be collected after 2 - 3 days. The fee is 20 €.

Once the translation is ready the Embassy has to legalize the signature of the translator. Please bring the original document and the translation to the German Embassy during the visiting hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 – 12:30). The legalization is done on the spot. The Embassy's fee is 20 €.
Legalisations
Some Singaporean documents, in particular birth certificates and marriage certificates, can also be translated by the German Embassy. You have to submit the original document as well as a photocopy during our visiting hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 – 12:30).

If you need translations of other Singaporean documents for submitting them to authorities in Germany, the Embassy advices to consult and instruct a certified translator in Germany.
